Casual Table Tennis – Per Person

1. Booking Eligibility: Casual bookings are open to all visitors. No membership is required.

2. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required when submitting a booking request. The quantity selected must match the actual number of players.

3. Booking Duration: Each booking is limited to a maximum of 3 hours. The requested start and end times must be within this limit.

4. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to table availability. Payment does not guarantee a reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Radius Table Tennis.

5. Booking Availability: If your preferred time is unavailable, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund.

6. Unstaffed Hours: Bookings outside staffed hours must be arranged and confirmed at least 6 hours in advance.

7. Venue Access: Players must use their assigned tables and follow their confirmed booking times. Late arrivals will not extend the booked session.

9. Venue Rules: All players must comply with the Radius Table Tennis Venue Rules and any applicable booking conditions.

• 6+ Hours Before Booking: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your booking by emailing hello@radiustt.com.

• Refunds: To request a refund, you must visit Radius Table Tennis in person to register your refund details. Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

• Within 6 Hours: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged the full booking fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

• No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests are subject to table availability.

These rules apply to all persons entering or using the Radius Table Tennis venue, aiming to ensure safety, maintain order, and support normal operations.

1. Booking, Entry & Membership

All users must complete a booking or registration and use the confirmed time and table. Late arrivals will not receive extra time. Early entry, overtime use or changing tables without permission is not allowed.

Access codes and membership benefits are for the authorised user only and must not be transferred, shared or used to admit unregistered persons.

Members must use their benefits according to their membership type, validity period and permitted time slots. Free periods, discounts and additional benefits cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. During peak periods or special circumstances, the venue may reasonably adjust booking and usage arrangements.

2. Minors

Minors must be supervised by a parent, guardian, coach or designated responsible person. Minors may not use the venue alone during unattended periods.

3. Venue & Equipment

Please use tables, barriers and other equipment correctly. Do not sit, stand on, strike, move, dismantle or adjust equipment without permission.

Return all equipment to its original position after use. Report any damage, fault or safety concern immediately. Users are responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or deliberate damage.

4. Safety & Conduct

Wear suitable indoor sports shoes in the playing area. Avoid running, collisions, unsafe racket movements, excessive noise or any behaviour that may endanger or disturb others.

Do not enter offices, storage rooms or other restricted areas without permission.

5. Food, Drinks & Cleanliness

Food is not permitted in the playing area. Drinks must be kept in sealed containers. Glass containers are prohibited.

Smoking, alcohol and pets are not permitted inside the venue. Please remove personal belongings and rubbish before leaving and keep the venue clean.

6. Responsibility & Breaches

Users must participate according to their own health and ability and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Anyone who breaches these guidelines may be warned, required to leave, have their access suspended, have their membership terminated or be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

By entering or using the venue, users agree to follow these guidelines and any other applicable venue policies. Radius Table Tennis may update its rules for safety, management or operational reasons. Specific membership, class, event or booking conditions will apply where relevant.
