Venue Rules

1. Purpose

These Rules are intended to regulate the use of the venue, protect the safety and experience of all users, and support the normal operation and management of the venue.

2. Scope of Application

These Rules apply to all persons who enter Radius Table Tennis or use its facilities. Venue Users include, but are not limited to, members, visitors, students, coaches, staff members, and other relevant persons.

3. Specific Rules

3.1 Entry and Booking Rules

3.1.1 All persons must complete registration before entering the venue.

3.1.2 Venue Users must enter the venue through a valid booking or with a valid membership.

3.1.3 The venue uses an electronic access control system. Access privileges may only be used by the authorised user personally.

3.1.4 Forwarding, sharing, or misusing access privileges in any form is strictly prohibited.

3.1.5 Bringing unregistered persons into the venue is strictly prohibited.

3.1.6 Venue Users must use the venue in accordance with their booked time and must not occupy the venue before or beyond the booked period.

3.1.7 The venue may operate under an unattended or self-service entry arrangement during certain periods. Users are responsible for complying with all venue rules during such periods.

3.1.8 Minors must not enter or use the venue facilities alone while the venue is unattended. The venue reserves the right to restrict or refuse the independent use of the venue by minors during certain periods based on the actual circumstances.

3.1.9 Venue Users are fully responsible for their use of access privileges and for any persons who enter the venue using their access privileges.

3.2 Venue and Equipment Use Rules

3.2.1 Before using the venue or its equipment, Venue Users must check that the facilities and equipment are in normal condition.

3.2.2 If any equipment fault, damage, or safety hazard is identified, the user must immediately stop using it and notify the venue.

3.2.3 After use, Venue Users must return the tables, barriers, and related equipment to their original condition and positions.

3.2.4 Venue Users must use the venue and equipment reasonably and only for their intended purposes. Improper use is prohibited, including, but not limited to, sitting or standing on tables, striking tables, or engaging in any other conduct that may cause damage.

3.2.5 Facilities and equipment must not be moved, dismantled, or adjusted without the venue’s permission.

3.2.6 Where equipment is damaged as a result of improper use or human conduct, the relevant Venue User shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

3.2.7 Reasonable wear and tear arising from the normal use of equipment shall not be treated as damage for which a user is responsible.

3.3 Conduct and Area Rules

3.3.1 Venue Users must comply with basic safety requirements and take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others while inside the venue.

3.3.2 Venue Users must not engage in dangerous conduct, including, but not limited to, running into others, swinging rackets carelessly, or engaging in any other conduct that may cause injury.

3.3.3 Venue Users must avoid interfering with others, including, but not limited to, making excessive noise, occupying playing areas, or obstructing others from using the venue normally.

3.3.4 Venue Users must use the venue facilities appropriately according to the designated function of each area and must not engage in inappropriate activities in non-designated areas.

3.3.5 Within the playing areas, Venue Users must wear suitable sports shoes. Leather shoes, high heels, slippers, and other footwear unsuitable for sports are prohibited in the playing areas.

3.3.6 Smoking, consuming alcohol, and bringing pets into the venue are prohibited. Food and beverages must not be brought into or consumed within the playing areas.

3.3.7 Food and beverages may only be consumed in the rest area and kitchen area. After use, the relevant areas must be cleaned and returned to their original condition.

3.3.8 Venue Users must not enter non-public areas without permission. If any loss or damage results from a breach of this requirement, the relevant Venue User shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

3.3.9 Venue Users must collectively maintain the venue environment, keep it clean and orderly, and properly dispose of their own rubbish and personal items.

3.4 Membership and Use Restrictions

3.4.1 Membership benefits are for the personal use of the member only and must not be transferred, lent, or shared in any form.

3.4.2 Venue Users must use the venue facilities in accordance with their membership type and the corresponding benefits.

3.4.3 All membership benefits must be used within their validity period and will automatically expire after that period unless otherwise stated.

3.4.4 Free-use periods, discounted benefits, or other additional benefits may not be accumulated unless otherwise stated.

3.4.5 When using membership benefits, Venue Users must comply with the booking and venue-use rules.

3.4.6 During peak periods or under special circumstances, the venue reserves the right to make reasonable arrangements or adjustments regarding members’ use of the venue.

3.4.7 The venue reserves the right to adjust membership benefits and methods of use according to operational requirements and will provide advance notice through an appropriate method.

3.5 Safety, Liability, and Breach Management

3.5.1 Venue Users must take care for their own safety while participating in activities at the venue and accept the associated risks.

3.5.2 The use of venue facilities or participation in activities may involve certain risks. To the extent permitted by law, the venue shall not be liable for any resulting injury or accident, except where caused by the venue’s negligence.

3.5.3 Venue Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The venue shall not be liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

3.5.4 Minors entering the venue must remain under the responsibility of their guardians. Their conduct and safety within the venue are the responsibility of their guardians.

3.5.5 Venue Users must comply with these Rules and all related requirements. In the event of a breach, the venue reserves the right to take appropriate management measures.

3.5.6 Management measures include, but are not limited to, issuing a warning, restricting access privileges, or terminating membership.

3.5.7 If any loss or damage is caused by a breach, the venue reserves the right to require the responsible person to bear the corresponding liability.

4. Interpretation and Amendments

4.1 Application and Acceptance of the Rules

These Rules apply to all Venue Users. By entering the venue or using its facilities, a Venue User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Rules and any related requirements updated by the venue from time to time.

4.2 Interpretation of the Rules

These Rules shall be interpreted based on the principle of reasonableness and applied with consideration of the venue’s actual operational circumstances. Where any ambiguity or dispute arises, the venue reserves the right to provide a reasonable interpretation.

4.3 Amendments and Updates

The venue reserves the right to update, adjust, or supplement these Rules and related usage requirements based on operational, management, or safety needs, including, but not limited to, membership usage arrangements, booking arrangements, and venue management measures.

4.4 Publication and Effective Date

Updates to these Rules will be published through any method considered appropriate by the venue, including, but not limited to, on-site notices, online platforms, or other notification methods. Unless otherwise stated, updated Rules will take effect from the date of publication.

4.5 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Where a Venue User continues to enter the venue or use its facilities after these Rules have been updated, the Venue User will be deemed to have accepted the relevant updates.

4.6 Priority and Application of Rules

The venue may establish supplementary rules or special provisions for different usage scenarios, including, but not limited to, membership benefit descriptions, activity rules, and class arrangements. If there is any difference between these Rules and any relevant specific provisions, the specific provisions applicable to that particular scenario shall prevail

本规则旨在规范球馆使用行为，保障所有用户的安全与体验，并支持球馆的正常运营管理。

二、使用范围

本规则适用于所有进入 Radius Table Tennis 方圆球馆或使用球馆设施的人员，场馆使用者包括但不限于会员、访客、学员、教练、工作人员及其他相关人员。

三、具体规则

3.1 入场与预约规则

3.1.1 所有人员进入球馆前必须完成登记。

3.1.2 球馆使用者须通过有效预约或持有有效会员资格进入球馆。

3.1.3 球馆采用电子门禁系统，访问权限仅限授权使用者本人使用。

3.1.4 严禁转发、共享或以任何形式滥用门禁权限。

3.1.5 严禁带未登记人员进入球馆。

3.1.6 球馆使用者须按照预约时间使用场地，不得提前或超时占用。

3.1.7 球馆可能在部分时段实行无人值守或自助入场模式，使用者需自行遵守所有场馆规则。

3.1.8 未成年人不得在球馆无人值守的情况下独自进入或使用场馆设施。球馆有权根据实际情况限制或拒绝未成年人在特定时段独立使用场馆。

3.1.9 球馆使用者对其门禁使用行为及通过其权限进入场馆的人员承担全部责任。

3.2 场地与设备使用规则

3.2.1 球馆使用者在使用场地及设备前，应检查其状态是否正常。

3.2.2 如发现设备异常、损坏或安全隐患，应立即停止使用并通知球馆。

3.2.3 使用结束后，球馆使用者应将球台、挡板及相关设备恢复至原状。

3.2.4 球馆使用者应按照正常用途合理使用场地及设备，不得进行不当操作，包括但不限于坐、踩、敲击球台或其他可能造成损坏的行为。

3.2.5 未经球馆许可，不得擅自移动、拆卸或调整设施设备。

3.2.6 因不当使用或人为行为造成设备损坏的，相关球馆使用者应承担相应责任。

3.2.7 设备在正常使用过程中产生的合理磨损，不视为损坏责任。

3.3 行为与区域规则

3.3.1 球馆使用者应遵守基本安全要求，在场馆内活动时应注意自身及他人安全。

3.3.2 球馆使用者不得进行危险行为，包括但不限于奔跑冲撞、随意挥拍或其他可能造成伤害的行为。

3.3.3 球馆使用者应避免对他人造成干扰，包括但不限于过度喧哗、占用场地或妨碍他人正常使用。

3.3.4 球馆使用者应根据不同区域的功能合理使用场馆设施，不得在非指定区域进行不适当活动。

3.3.5在运动区域内，球馆使用者须穿着适合的运动鞋，禁止穿皮鞋、高跟鞋、拖鞋或其他不适合运动的鞋类进入运动区。

3.3.6 场馆内禁止吸烟、饮酒、携带宠物。运动区域内禁止携带或食用食物及饮料。

3.3.7 食物及饮料仅可在休息区及厨房区域内食用。使用后应将相关区域整理干净并恢复原状。

3.3.8 未经许可，球馆使用者不得进入非公共区域。如因违反本规定造成损失，相关责任由球馆使用者承担。

3.3.9 球馆使用者应共同维护场馆环境，保持整洁有序，并妥善处理个人产生的垃圾及物品。

3.4 会员与使用限制

3.4.1 会员权益仅限本人使用，不得转让、出借或以任何形式共享。

3.4.2 球馆使用者应按照会员类型及对应权益使用场馆设施。

3.4.3 所有会员权益须在有效期内使用，过期自动失效，除非另有说明。

3.4.4 免费使用时段、优惠权益或其他附加权益不得累计使用，除非另有说明。

3.4.5 球馆使用者在使用会员权益时，应遵守预约及场地使用规则.

3.4.6 在高峰时段或特殊情况下，球馆有权对会员使用进行合理安排或调整。

3.4.7 球馆保留根据运营需要对会员权益及使用方式进行调整的权利，并会提前通过适当方式进行通知。

3.5 安全、免责与违规处理

3.5.1 球馆使用者在场馆内进行活动时，应注意安全并自行承担相关风险。

3.5.2 球馆使用者在使用场馆设施或参与活动过程中，可能存在一定风险。球馆在法律允许的范围内，不对由此产生的受伤或意外承担责任，但因球馆过失造成的除外。

3.5.3 球馆使用者应妥善保管个人物品。球馆不对个人物品的遗失、损坏或被盗承担责任。

3.5.4 未成年人进入球馆应由其监护人负责，其在场馆内的行为及安全由监护人承担责任。

3.5.5 球馆使用者应遵守本规则及相关规定。如发生违规行为，球馆有权采取相应管理措施。

3.5.6 管理措施包括但不限于警告、限制使用权限或终止会员资格。

3.5.7 如因违规行为造成损失，球馆有权要求相关责任人承担相应责任。

四、解释与修订

4.1 规则适用与接受

本规则适用于所有球馆使用者。球馆使用者进入或使用场馆设施，即视为已阅读、理解并同意遵守本规则及球馆不时更新的相关规定。

4.2 规则解释

本规则应基于合理性原则进行理解，并结合球馆的实际运营情况进行适用。在存在不明确或争议的情况下，球馆有权作出合理解释。

4.3 修订与更新

球馆有权根据运营、管理或安全需要，对本规则及相关使用规定进行更新、调整或补充，包括但不限于会员使用方式、预约安排及场地管理措施。

4.4 公布与生效

规则的更新将通过球馆认为适当的方式进行公布，包括但不限于现场公告、线上平台或其他通知方式。除另有说明外，更新后的规则自公布之日起生效。

4.5 持续使用视为接受

球馆使用者在规则更新后继续进入或使用场馆设施的，视为已接受相关更新内容。

4.6 规则优先级与适用

球馆可根据不同使用场景制定补充规则或特别规定（包括但不限于会员权益说明、活动规则、课程安排等）。如本规则与相关具体规定存在差异，应以适用于该场景的具体规则为准。
