    1. Reservation and Pickup

    All payments must be made in store at the time of pickup. We do not offer shipping or delivery.

    Please collect your order within 2 calendar days after receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification.

    If your order is not collected within this period and no prior arrangement has been made, your reservation may be cancelled and the items will be returned to stock.

    2. Change of Mind

    You may cancel your reservation any time before pickup, as no payment has been made.

    Once an item has been paid for and collected, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

    Customers are advised to check all items carefully at the counter before payment and collection.

    3. Product Condition After Pickup

    For table tennis bats, blades, rubbers, sponges, edge tapes and similar items, please check the item carefully before leaving the store.

    After collection, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for damage caused after pickup, including chips, dents, cracks, scratches, edge damage, impact marks, dropping, knocking, misuse, water damage, improper storage, incorrect installation, cutting, trimming or modification.

    If damage is reported after the item has left the store, we may need to inspect the item to determine whether it is a genuine product fault or damage caused after collection.

    4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    We aim to provide products in good condition and as described.

    Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality or significantly different from its description or sample. Depending on the situation, the remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

    If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, bank transaction record or order confirmation.

    5. Consumer Guarantees Act

    Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    Where a genuine product fault is confirmed, we will follow our obligations under New Zealand consumer law.

  • Current Status: In-Store Pickup Only We currently do not offer shipping. All online reservations must be picked up and paid for at our store in Pakuranga, Auckland.
