Thank you for shopping with us. Because our orders are reserved online and paid for in-person, the following policies apply to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
1. Reservation & Pickup
Payment: All payments are processed in-store at the time of pickup. We do not offer shipping or delivery.
Timeframe: Orders must be collected within 2 days of your "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Uncollected Items: If items are not collected within 2 days (and no alternative arrangements are made), your reservation will be cancelled and items returned to stock.
2. Change of Mind
Before Payment: You can cancel your reservation at any time before pickup. Since no payment has been made, no refund is necessary.
After Collection: Once an item has been paid for and taken home, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We strongly recommend inspecting your items thoroughly at the counter before completing your purchase.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:
Faulty or damaged.
Unsafe.
Significantly different from the description or sample.
If you discover a fault after leaving the store, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).
4. Installation & Handling
Please note that many of our products (such as table tennis rubbers, sponges, and edge tapes) require delicate handling. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for issues caused by:
Incorrect DIY installation or gluing.
Improper cutting or trimming.
Normal wear and tear or misuse.
Current Status: In-Store Pickup Only We currently do not offer shipping. All online reservations must be picked up and paid for at our store in Pakuranga, Auckland.
Processing Time: Orders are typically ready within 24 hours (or 1 business day).
Collection Deadline: Please collect your order within 2 days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Payment: Pay in-store via Cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card.
