Service Description
The Rising Star Programme is designed for young players who are new to table tennis or still building their basic skills. Combining foundation and beginner level training, this class helps children develop correct technique, basic strokes, footwork, consistency, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Booking Policy
By making a course booking at Radius Table Tennis, you agree to the following policy: Enrolment & Attendance: Full payment is required before the course starts to secure your spot. Lessons are not extended for late arrivals. Minors require written authorization for independent drop-off/pick-up. Absences & Make-ups (Term Courses): You are allowed one (1) personal absence per term, requiring 24 hours' notice. The make-up lesson must be completed within the same term, subject to class availability. No-shows will not receive make-ups or refunds. Sudden medical leave requires a medical certificate. Holiday/Custom Courses: Due to their intensive nature, missed sessions are not eligible for make-ups, extensions, or refunds. Refunds: Withdrawing at least 7 days before the course starts qualifies for a refund, minus an admin fee of up to 20%. No refunds are given after the course starts, except for documented serious injury/illness or permanent relocation. Health & Safety: You must disclose medical conditions (e.g., asthma, allergies) during registration and carry necessary emergency medication. Guardians are responsible for any emergency medical costs (e.g., ambulance). Conduct & Privacy: Students must follow rules; intentional damage to equipment must be paid for by the responsible person. You may opt out of promotional photo/video consent without it affecting your enrolment. For the complete and detailed agreement, please refer to the Student Terms at the bottom of the website.
